From rough sketching to animation world

Years ago, to skip those boring classes and portions of school, I used to draw chibi drawings of teacher’s faces and jokes in the class on the back pages of the notebook, but I didn’t think about it much beyond that time. Today, years later, when I start watching anime again at the suggestion of a friend or when I rough sketch new ideas on paper, I think that the animations on the cartoon network channel and pogo that kept me in front of the TV in the evenings after school are the ones that help me. As like others I too had many doubts about animations and digital drawings…. While looking back, may be that curiosity led me to gain more knowledge. I think that’s why I feel happy when every child comes to me with their ideas and animated characters in flip books and sketch books, and being able to tell them what is anime especially what is ‘Japanese anime’ to inspire them.

And when I starts to clearing their doubts, The most common question I heard from students was, Is anime is the short form of animation, Are cartoon and animes were same, I didn’t blame for there doubts because everyone even me had the same questions, after so many researches I got the answers that, Actually in 1907 ‘s the journey of anime begins and the term anime refers to a short form of animation. But overall in world now a days anime refers specifically to Japanese anime, It often based on manga (Japanese comic hand drawing created by storywriter in a there own style ).

Now a days with the help of highly developed technology mangas were created even through AI. Most of the animes contain dozens of episodes were they include multiple main characters. Sazae san contains longest running anime and it contains 7500 episodes. Also anime doesn’t limits to a particular age group, they focus on everyone. The anime type or genre are the core secret behind the viewers attraction. Kodomomuke, shonen, shojo, josei are the few anime types. Also an anime doesn’t get popular only by anime type of storyline, there is few more main things included in it, there artstyle or character type. Along all these things one major thing that plays in anime is there colour palatte. While mangas weres often created in grey scale, and as a next step when they comes into digital world the mix of vibrant colours and muted colour tones brings animes into another level. Each mangaka (Japanese animator artists) create their own artstyle and it makes each anime different. Works of Makoto shinkal, Hayao miyazaki, Charalie mackesy were the good examples. Garden of words, Demon slayer, Attack on titan, Spirited away are few among them.

As its been clear that An Anime is not limited to just plotline or moral dialogue, genres and each anime can keep everyone with their own visual or art style and colourful graphics without age barrier. It has to be realize that each mangaka and team’s working behind this is putting their own signature on each person in the animation world… Maybe that’s why that animation all around world, (Japanese, American anime and chibi drawings) have such an influence on everyone in the 21st century. And it becoming another way of communicating or expressing many things to the audience. There is a famous quote in anime world especially my personal favourite quote which I value most, ‘The world isn’t perfect, but it’s there for us, doing the best it can, thats what makes it so damn beautiful.’
